Niccoland Farm-Stay is happy to offer its’ hospitality in a pristine environment in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma countryside. Founded in 1950 as a farm allotted by the Ente Maremma, our family-run property produces fruit, wine, olive oil and honey on over 10 hectares of land all BIO and IGT Certificate. The Marcucci family is waiting to introduce you to the tranquility and beauty of our year -round mild climate, the luxuriant, unspoiled and infinitely colorful nature which has inspired artists from all around the world, and the delicious local cuisine. Within our property, about 1 kilometer from the apartments, there is a natural forest where our guests can go for refreshing walks, or, in the right season, go looking for mushrooms. Those who wish to take shorter walks, can explore “Il Boschetto della Frutta” (the little fruit forest), where all plants have identification tags; the path is a few steps from your apartment. Our homes have been specifically studied and built to ensure relaxation and comfort. Guests can enjoy a swimming pool sunk in green lawn with a 360 degree view of the splendid rolling hills and colorful fields which surround our farm. We have reserved a separate section of the pool for children so they can wade in the baby-pool (50 centimeters deep). In the garden next to the apartments you will find a barbecue, a furnished gazebo, and deck chairs for the solarium. A washing machine and drying line are also available.
