Conditions:
Minimum stay: High Low 1 week
Arrival and departure times:
Arrival : Saturday from 12 PM to 5 PM (please call if you are late)
Departure : Saturday by 9 AM
Prices included: use of satellite TV, water, electricity, gas, bedroom and bathroom linens, use of the swimming pool, mountain bikes, barbecue, gazebo and children game area.
Prices do NOT include:
- Heating (if requested and according to usage)
- Air conditioning € 30,00 per week (if requested)
Down payment : 30% at the time of reservation with a money order or wire transfer. (no credit cards)
Settlement : at the arrival.
Note :
- Children until 3 years of age stay for free
- An arrival deposit of € 100,00 covering damages will be returned at departure time
- No animals allowed
